How much are the shipping costs?
We will forward the shipping costs to you, which we also pay with the dispatch (DPD and DHL).
Exception is for orders over 75, - EUR within Germany. Here you can take over as the shipping costs and supply you free of charge.

Which package service is delivered?
We ship within Germany and the EU (with few exceptions) with DPD.
We have had very good experiences with DPD. We also know that NO shipping provider is error-free. If something goes wrong we are always trying not to leave you alone with the problem!
When a package has left our house, you will usually receive an email from us, with which you can track the package online.
For shipping outside the EU, we ship with DHL (Deutsche Post). Also here we have had good experiences. But as always, it can sometimes lead to errors or longer run times.

How long does the delivery take?
We try to ship all orders as soon as possible after payment receipt. With DPD, we have a very fast shipping partner at our side. It is often the case that customers in Germany and Austria have their orders the very next day. As a rule, we always give 2-3 days. DPD needed for transport one day.

We do not ship used unicycles or our exhibition. The carton was opened by us for inspection before shipment and the unicycle was unpacked. We check whether everything is complete, whether the tire holds air and whether there is any damage. After that, we stick it all back again and it looks like once opened.

No, we do not offer installment payments.

Are there special conditions for certain customers?
Yes! We would like to support the unicycle sport and bring it further. Therefore we give special conditions to unicycle clubs, youth hostels and unicycle groups. Since the assembly of collective orders and the subsequent billing in clubs are often very expensive, the members of unicycle clubs and unicycle groups get the same special conditions directly from us and can order directly from us. Just contact us.

How to get special conditions
If you are a unicycle club, youth club, unicycle group or a member of a unicycle group, you will get special conditions.
We can open the special conditions in our webshop. You will immediately see "your price" and can order it.

How are the unicycles delivered?
Unicycles are too big for shipping in assembled condition. Therefore, unicycles are preassembled. We have very rare request from customers, with assembly problems. This shows us that the wheels of laymen can also be assembled. A bit of skill and a bit of tools and it can go.

Can I have an individual composed unicycle?
This is one of our specialties. We are happy to advise if combinations of parts make sense and whether they are technically at all compatible. What is technically feasible is also made by us.
It is best to ask us. Sometimes the advice on the phone and sometimes by mail is better. This is quite different.

Can I also exchange individual components when ordering a unicycle?
Yes, as a rule, that goes. Of course only if we can have the desired parts also in stock and / or. So we have done so much in the past. From simple saddle and pedal exchange to conversions where no stone remained on the other.
A few words about pricing: We always have to calculate such conversions individually. Some parts we buy much more expensive than a replaced part, which is delivered together with a complete unicycle. Example: A customer buys a Nimbus Muni and would like to exchange the saddle for a Kris Holm Saddle. The purely mathematical difference (Nimbus saddle: 36.90 EUR / Kris Holm saddle: 44.90 EUR) would be 8, - EUR. We are however buying Kris Holm items more expensive and for economic reasons have to charge a little more than 8, - EUR. Sometimes we build parts on a complete unicycle, which we have already dismantled so often that our warehouse is bursting. We must first get all sold before we retire ;) We would also have to take this into account when pricing. Replacing parts also entails a lot of effort for us. Example: Replacing a brake disk rotor from 160mm to 180mm requires disassembling the crank and bearing, replacing the disc rotor and reassembling the bearing and crank. This does not and is not included in the calculation of the price of a complete unicycle.
So best to give an offer times and decide whether it comes into question.

Can we visit you? Do you have a store?
We have no ordinary store business. But visit is welcome! Please, however, only by prior arrangement. We are not always on the spot and want to spare you from standing in front of a closed door or with 5 other customers to wait and wait and wait ....
With us everything can be looked at, we can make conversions and assemble unicycles as far as is possible (for example, to biuld a wheel from rim and hub is not possible).

What are your opening hours?
We do not have fixed opening hours. We do not have any running as a regular store. Visits are always possible by arrangement.

Can I test for you unicycles?
Unfortunately this is possible in the fewest cases. Our main distribution channel is shipping. Every customer would like to get a new and inexperienced unicycle. Testing means that there are traces of tires, saddles, pedals and cranks, it would look used. We can not send such unicycles any more. It would be an economic fiasco if we offered that. We ask that you understand!

Are you also at events? Can you bring something with you?
Yes, in Germany and abroad. The direct contact with the scene and the individual drivers is important to us. There is always much talked and screwed and trinking coffee.

What is Municycle.com at all?
We are a small family business that wants to sell more than just anonymous merchandise. We are Petra and Roland with a few helpers. We do not want our customers to be just one customer number, or maybe just part of a statistics at the end of the month. I do not want to write any marketing speeches from textbooks. We are primarily people here and only then a company with economic interests.
Roland started to ride unicycle in 2001. It was clear that he wanted to be offroad and in the woods. Since he did not find any suitable parts and unicycles on the German market, the store Municycle.com was founded to deal with the problem. "Municycle" is an artistic word. "Unicycle" and the "M" is still standing for "Mountain".
But we have been operating all the disciplines in the unicycle sector for many years now.

Municycle.com / Unicycle.com - What is what?
We are the company Municycle.com (see "What is Municycle.com at all?"). We belong to a group of unicycle shops all over the world. This group has gathered at Unicycle.com and is represented in many countries around the world. Therefore we are also Unicycle.com Germany.
On the one hand, we are completely independent as Municycle.com and are allowed to determine what we sell and what not. However, as a member of Unicycle.com, we can fully access the knowledge of all members of Unicycle.com and many products (Nimbus, UDC). This gives us and our customers many advantages.

Do you sponsor / sponsor events?
Yes. The support of the sport is important to us. Unfortunately, we have more inquiries than available resources. Therefore, we can not consider every event. Simply ask us.

We are best reached by mail. Of course also by telephone. We would like to answer calls ourselves and not through a kind of telephone service with no specialist knowledge.
