We have already heard that warranty claims have been rejected because the unicycle complained about was used in training or competitions. We have also read in a dealer's terms and conditions "Proper use excludes use in competitions and training sessions". We don't want that. The majority of our customers train and compete in competitions, and our warranty also applies here to the normal extent.

+ 2 months payment target for collective club orders

There is a lot of work involved in collective orders: asking who needs what, putting everything together, ordering, unpacking the delivery, distributing it and collecting the money. The last point in particular can take a little longer until the last person has brought the money into training. You can take your time with us so that the customer (trainer, equipment manager, etc.) does not have to lay out the money.

But please note: Do not select purchase on account in the web shop! This is processed by Paypal and we have no influence on the length of the payment period.
In this case, club customers please select "Prepayment via bank transfer" and write something accordingly in the comment field of the order.

+ Special conditions for many articles

We have supported unicycling from the very beginning. We therefore offer clubs and their members a discount for many items.
This always depends on the product. Unfortunately, we also have items on offer that we buy so expensively that the discount has to be smaller or cannot be offered at all.
Status 2/2023: Unfortunately we had to reduce the discounts offered. The world economic situation with all its effects is forcing us to do so.

Clubs can create a customer account in our web shop, which we then adjust accordingly. So you can always see what the individual item costs for the club.

+ Special conditions also directly for members

In order to relieve the clubs, and especially the trainers, equipment managers, etc., the members receive the same special conditions as the club directly. Members can order directly from us and benefit from the favorable conditions.

Club members can create a customer account in our webshop, which we then adjust accordingly. So you can always see what the individual item costs for the member.

+ Personally on site at many events

Personal contact with the unicycling scene and all its riders is important to us. We come to many events in Germany and abroad. Either with a stand where everything can be viewed and bought or just as a visitor. In a personal conversation we can advise, give tips, get feedback or just get to know each other.

Since we cannot always have all of our items with us, please let us know if we should bring something to buy or just to look at.

+ A large variety of brands

We try to have everything that is needed for unicycling and to have as many brands as possible on offer, which in our opinion makes sense and corresponds to our own quality standards. Unfortunately, we have had to withdraw items or entire brands (e.g. Koxx-One) from the program because the items or the manufacturer's attitude towards service did not meet our standards.

We offer a wide variety of brands but not at the expense of quality and service.

Some manufacturers now sell their own brand. You cannot expect neutral advice across all brands. As a pure dealer, we provide objective, needs-based advice and are brand/manufacturer-independent.

+ Customization of series unicycles / individual composition of unicycles

We are happy to exchange parts such as saddles, tires, pedals, etc. on standard unicycles. We change crank lengths and add accessories such as brake lever extensions or touring grips. Of course, we also put together individual unicycles from scratch. Just ask by email or phone.

Special conditions for clubs or club members in the web shop:

Our web shop is a very convenient way of ordering at special conditions.
Here we can store the special conditions and the customer immediately sees the prices that apply to him and can order at these.

That's how it works:

1. Create a customer account at https://www.einradladen.com/Register (or you already have a customer account with us)

2. Mail to info@municycle.com with the request to activate the customer account as a club account. Here we need the information in which club you drive and the e-mail address with which the customer account was created.

3. We change and confirm it by email

If you are not logged in to the web shop with your customer account, you will see the normally valid prices. As soon as you log into the web shop with the activated customer account, you will see all prices with special conditions.

Please note that we cannot grant a general percentage discount. Unfortunately, we have a few items on offer that we buy so expensively that the discount has to be smaller or cannot be offered at all.
